CR 3981: Conflict Resolution
'
'

About the course

Conflict in the workplace exists, no matter how much we wish it didn't. It takes up valuable work time, and many times has detrimental effects within a department. Many managers often feel underqualified in handling conflilct in the workplace. This training module emphasizes the role of emotional intelligence in workplace conflict. Module One is the basis and framework for the course, and the foundation for the next two levels if desired.

Earn 2.0 Continuing Education Units (16 clock hours)

UND automatically submits continuing education credits for dietary managers to the Dietary Managers Association because of an ongoing affiliation with them. Many other disciplines will accept completion of a certificate course for continuing education units using a subsequent approval process.

Fees

The fee for the Conflict Resolution course is $90 (plus $10 postage/handling).
