DM 3977: Foodservice Manager
COURSE DESCRIPTION
- Designed to provide the foodservice manager with training and skill development in the areas of
sanitation, safety and food preparation.
- The course consists of 90 hours of classroom and field experience. The projects and experiences can be completed at your job.
- Study at home at your own pace and without disruption to your work. In fact, most students find that taking the course enhances their job performance.
- Although you never enter a classroom, if you have questions or need advisement, faculty are as close as your telephone or e-mail.
- This course does not meet the requirements of
the Dietary Managers Association to become a CDM,
CFPP. If you are interested in those credentials,
you will need to enroll in the Dietary Managers
Course.

- Apply in person at Gustafson Hall on the University of North Dakota campus.
Note: Registration will not be processed until payment is received unless prior arrangements have been made with the Office of Certificate Programs.
