Course Description
This course is designed to help students prepare
for the Dietary Managers Association national credentialing
exam, to become a CDM, CFPP (Certified Dietary
Manager, Certified Food Protection Personnel).
The Dietary Managers Exam Review Course is available
online. Students take pre- and post-tests online
and study using the online materials. Students
may enroll at any time, and are given 3 months
to utilize the course materials.
