Distance Engineering course work must be completed by the end of the established semester. If a student requires an extension (extensions will only be granted if a student has kept up with homework and tests within four weeks of the end of the semester), the student Action Request Form must be submitted after talking with the instructor.

Proctor

Approved Distance Engineering Degree Program proctors:
public librarians, educational administrators, counselors, military education officers, clergy, human resource personnel, testing centers, or others as approved.

Note:
Please submit one form for each proctor. If you do not use the same proctor for all of your classes, submit one form for each of the proctors.

Examinations will be mailed to the proctor's work address.
