Registration for Summer Semester and Fall Semester begins April 1, 2008

Must be a UND admitted student before registering for any classes.

Tuition and fee statements are not mailed.
Summer Session Tuition and Fees are due by June 20, 2008

Access your account balance, financial aid, review your registration information and print a receipt through Campus Connection at http://www.und.nodak.edu/dept/registrar/campusconnection
     Navigate to your account information by clicking the following:
         Student Self Service >> Learner Services >> Finances >> Student Account Detail
              OR View Statements/Pay Online Now
              OR
select eBill at the top of the page


Textbooks

Order through Barnes and Noble Bookstore

Order your textbooks early to ensure you have them in time to begin your course.  Textbooks are available through Barnes and Noble on the UND campus or online at www.whywaitforbooks.com .

1. Select North Dakota
2. Select University of North Dakota
3. Select the term of your course
4. Select the department of your course
5. Select your course by course number
6. Select your section by using the class number
    found on your Campus Connection course schedule
7. Click Add Course
8. Click View Textbook List on the right
     to select which textbook(s) you wish to purchase and checkout

The system will prompt you to register, but will also let you check out as a guest. The benefit of registering is that you will be able to revisit your order if you need to make a change.

You can use your financial aid charge account at the bookstore during the fall and spring semesters. To do so, make sure to enter your EMPLID number in the required field.

Your textbooks can be shipped, or you can choose to pick them up at the UIND Barnes and Noble campus bookstore prior to the start of classes.

 


EDL 532 - Staff and Program Evaluation - 2 credits

Dates: June 1-2, 15-16, 2008
Times: Sundays - 1-9 pm
       Mondays - 8 am - 4 pm
Location: Fargo Skills & Technology Training Center

          Sherrl Houdek (K-12)

Description: A study of the evaluation of staff, including teachers, administrators, support personnel, and boards; and for purposes of accreditation, the evaluation of components that support the curriculum. Procedures, processes, and instruments will be identified and analyzed.


EDL 541 - Introduction to Higher Education Administration - 3 credits

Dates: May 14-18, 2008
Times: 8 am - 5 pm
Location: On-Campus UND Education Building, Room 206
Instructors: Jeff Sun

Description: An overview of administration of America's colleges and universities. Topics include roles of state and federal government, governing boards, institutional organization and culture, types of institutions, faculty, students, research about higher education, and the profession of administrator.


EFR 508 - Anthropological Foundations of Education - 3 credits

Online

Dates: June 29-July 28, 2008
Instructor: Richard Kahn

Description: Students will examine the convergence of anthropology and education through an analysis of education as cultural transmission and a review of enculturation and acculturation processes in traditional and modern societies.


EFR 515 - Statistics I - 3 credits

Dates: May 12-August 1, 2008
Instructor: Richard Landry

Description: An introduction to basic statistical methods, focusing primarily on descriptive statistics and inferential statistics up to and including two-way analysis of variance.


EDL 597 - Readings in Educational Leadership - 1 to 4 credits

Description: Prerequisites: Consent of advisor and instructor.
Designed primarily for advanced graduate students.


EDL 996 - Continuing Education - 1-12 credits

EDL 999 - Dissertation - 1-15 credits
