Textbooks
Order through Barnes and Noble Bookstore
Order your textbooks early to ensure you
have them in time to begin your course. Textbooks are available through
Barnes and Noble on the UND campus or online at www.whywaitforbooks.com .

4. Select the department of your course
5. Select your course by course number
6. Select your section by using the class number
found on your Campus Connection
course schedule
7. Click Add Course
8. Click View Textbook List on the right
to select which textbook(s) you
wish to purchase and checkout
The system will prompt you to register, but will also let you check out
as a guest. The benefit of registering is that you will be able to revisit
your order if you need to make a change.
You can use your financial aid charge account at the bookstore during the
fall and spring semesters. To do so, make sure to enter your EMPLID number
in the required field.
Your textbooks can be shipped, or you can choose to pick them up at the
UIND Barnes and Noble campus bookstore prior to the start of classes.

This course provides school leaders with preparation in skills for providing
purpose and direction for individuals and groups, shaping school culture and
value, facilitating the development of shared strategic vision for the school,
formulating goals and planning change efforts with staff, and setting priorities
for one's school in the context of community and district priorities for student
and staff needs.

This course provides school leaders with preparation in skills for instructional
improvement, working with faculty and staff to identify professional needs.
Classes are designed for in-depth study and practice planning, organizing, and
facilitating programs that improve faculty and staff effectiveness and are consistent
with institutional goals and needs; supervising individuals and groups; providing
feedback on performance; arranging for remedial assistance; engaging faculty
and others to plan and participate in recruitment and development activities;
and initiating self-development.
