IDT Certificate Program Admission
Requirements
- A baccalaureate degree from an
accredited college or university in a field
of study in the area or discipline appropriate
to the field in which you intend to work.
- A cumulative undergraduate grade
point average (GPA) of 2.75 or above.
- A basic knowledge of the microcomputer
and substantial skill in using standard applications
to produce work projects (word processing,
database, spreadsheet, drawing/painting, graphing
and other common applications).
Note: If
you do not meet these admission standards,
you may be admitted on a provisional basis
with continued enrollment contingent on successful
performance in the program.
Process
To apply to the program, you will need to
complete the UND Graduate School application
form, submit your transcripts, and pay a non-refundable
application fee. It is preferred that you to
submit your application materials online to
the Graduate School, which then transmits the
materials to the Instructional Design & Technology
Certificate Program Director for review.
How Can I Get Started?
UND's course rotation allows you to begin
earning your online IDT graduate certificate
every summer or fall semester. Applications
are accepted on an ongoing basis, with the
following enrollment dates:
Fall Semester - August 1 Summer Semester - April
1

UND students register for their online, semester-based
courses in Campus Connection.
