The UND College of Business and Public Administration
(CoBPA) is one of less than 500 schools in
the United States (the first school in North Dakota)
whose graduate and undergraduate business
programs are accredited by the Association to Advance
Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB International),
the highest accreditation available. The CoBPA operates
out of Gamble Hall on UND's main campus.
The MBA degree program is an interdisciplinary
program intended to prepare students to meet "real
world" management challenges at the executive level.
It seeks to cultivate leadership and decision-making
skills and to instill an entrepreneurial spirit.
The MBA program was designed for people who have
degrees in business and for students who have undergraduate
backgrounds in other specialties.
The core of the program consists of eight classes
(24 credit hours) and an Independent Study (2 credit
hours). Two classes (6 credit hours) of cognate
electives are also required, bring the total to
32 credit hours.
