The MBA program will be fully online by Fall 2008.

The UND College of Business and Public Administration (CoBPA) is one of less than 500 schools in the United States (the first school in North Dakota) whose graduate and undergraduate business programs are accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB International), the highest accreditation available. The CoBPA operates out of Gamble Hall on UND's main campus. Gamble Hall provides an excellent learning environment. Gamble Hall is linked to the North Dakota Interactive Video Network (IVN). IVN enables visual, conversational communication between eleven North Dakota University System campuses, the state capitol and the tribal colleges.

The MBA degree program is an interdisciplinary program intended to prepare students to meet "real world" management challenges at the executive level. It seeks to cultivate leadership and decision-making skills and to instill an entrepreneurial spirit.

The MBA program was designed for people who have degrees in business and for students who have undergraduate backgrounds in other specialties.

The core of the program consists of eight classes (24 credit hours) and an Independent Study (2 credit hours). Two classes (6 credit hours) of cognate electives are also required, bring the total to 32 credit hours.
