Individual Registration Fees:
$250.00 (USD) - Registration fees include all conference materials, lunch and breaks. Payment MUST be received with your registration form.

Credit Requirements
Attendance: Participants must attend the full two day event, meeting the requirement of attending 15 hours of instrucationl activities per credit.
Evidence of Learning & Applicability: Particpants will submit a written reflection paper in which they address the essential questions presented during day 1 and 2 of training. Papers are due no later than Friday February 20, 2010 and can be electronically submitted to the course Instructor of Record, Laurie Robinson. Attendance Certificate
Participants who do not need credit, but would like a record of attendance, can receive a certificate of attendance at the conclusion of the conference. This would not reflect hours attended, only participation in this professional development event.

The Instructional Leadership Series is being held in accessible facilities. If you need special accommodations or auxiliary aids, please call the UND Office of Professional Services at 701-777-2663 at least two weeks prior to June 14, 2010
Cancellations/Refunds
Please notify UND Office of Professional Services as early as possible if you need to cancel your registration.
To notify UND of your cancelation prior to June 14, 2010:

If UND receives notification of your withdrawal prior to June 14, 2010, you will receive a refund minus a $35.00 registration fee.
If UND receives notification of your withdrawal after June 14, 2010 or receives no notification at all, no refunds will be issued for fees paid to UND Office of Professional Services.
A 100% refund of UND pre-paid fees will be given if the conference is cancelled by UND Office of Professional Services.
