Display Space

Each exhibitor will receive the following:
• One eight-foot skirted table with cloth cover/skirting (No backdrops or dividers will be provided.)
• Two chairs
• Electrical hook-up, if requested (Please bring your own extension cords.)
• Access to over 250 healthcare professionals
• Roster of attendees

Deadline

Deadline is Monday, April 13, 2009. Space will be reserved on a first come, first serve basis. Space is limited so register now to reserve your spot!

Cancellations/Substitutions

All exhibitor fees are non-refundable. Substitutions can be accommodated. Please make your changes by April 23.
