Cancellations & Substitutions:
- Cancellations must be made in writing to UND Office of Professional
Services, 4300 James Ray Drive Stop 7131, Grand Forks, ND 58202-7131 or fax to 701-777-0569
or e-mail conferences@mail.und.nodak.edu (attn: Alcohol Summit).
- If the cancellation notice is postmarked by Tuesday, September
2 you will be refunded your registration fee minus
a $25 processing fee. All approved refunds will be mailed
after the Summit.
- No refunds will be given, if postmarked, AFTER Tuesday, September 2.
- Substitutions can be accommodated by contacting UND Office of Professional
Services through Thursday, September 4.
Special Needs:
The Summit is being held in an accessible facility. If you need special accommodations, auxiliary aids or dietary arrangements (including vegetarian meals), please send a written explanation with your registration form or call UND Office of Professional Services at 701-777-2663 or 866-579-2663 (toll free) by Tuesday, September 2.
